To register and maintain an Account with kfc2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
kfc2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) kfc2u Account. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account. kfc2u is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify kfc2u immediately via the 24/7 live support channel. kfc2u may take such steps as it deems appropriate to secure the Account pending investigation.
kfc2u reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time, including as part of Know Your Customer ("KYC") and anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.
All transactions on the kfc2u Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kfc2u does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which kfc2u is not responsible.
Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost, subject to availability. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform cashier interface and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kfc2u is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processing systems. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during scheduled maintenance windows or in exceptional circumstances.
kfc2u reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) a withdrawal exceeds defined threshold limits requiring additional AML checks; (c) kfc2u has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. kfc2u will notify the Player of any such hold and the steps required to release the withdrawal.
Funds in your Wallet represent your available real-money balance. Bonus Credits are tracked separately and are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the relevant wagering condition has been satisfied in full.
kfc2u may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
All gaming and betting activities on the kfc2u Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
kfc2u's random number generator (RNG) software is independently tested and certified. The results of all RNG-based games are generated by this certified system and are final. Results cannot be reversed, altered, or appealed except where a demonstrable technical malfunction has occurred and is confirmed by kfc2u's technical team.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or other system failure that affects a game round or bet, kfc2u reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's Wallet. kfc2u is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Sportsbook bets are governed by additional sports betting rules published within the kfc2u sportsbook interface. kfc2u reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds, refuse bets at its sole discretion, and apply restrictions on maximum stake or payout for specific markets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kfc2u Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the kfc2u Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of kfc2u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; or (d) use any kfc2u trademark, logo, or branding without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfc2u and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if kfc2u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kfc2u's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kfc2u makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kfc2u does not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
kfc2u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kfc2u applies industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal data in transit and at rest. kfc2u does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers and regulatory authorities only as necessary to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

kfc2u reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to a breach by the Player, kfc2u reserves the right to forfeit all Wallet balances and Bonus Credits. Where closure is initiated by kfc2u without cause attributable to the Player, any real-money Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Credits not yet converted) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kfc2u's support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before the Account balance is disbursed.
kfc2u reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kfc2u will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by applicable law, may take effect without advance notice.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of the Terms page. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction governs that transaction. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kfc2u's operating licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, kfc2u and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through kfc2u's customer support channel.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by kfc2u's licensing authority. The Player may also have access to independent alternative dispute resolution services depending on the nature of the complaint.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit either party's rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection or gaming regulation laws.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
